Shipping Info

All orders for in-stock items are shipped via USPS, within 2 business days.

For items on pre-order, please note the estimated ship date before your purchase. In case of pre-ordered items, particularly vinyl, the estimated ship date may change as a result of production delays which are completely out of our control. In such cases, we always make sure to inform customers with what is going on. In most pre-order cases, your pre-order purchase is directly funding the manufacturing of the product. So, unless the production of said item is canceled altogether, we are not in a position to offer refunds or cancellations of pre-orders.

Domestic US orders are shipped via USPS First Class, Media Mail or Priority Mail, depending on size and weight of your package and the type of items you order.

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Package Service. Please note that once the package leaves the US and handed over to a non-US carrier (which typically happens within 2-3 business days from the ship date) we are not responsible for any transit delays that are caused by the non-US carrier. There is simply no way for us to control what any non-US carrier is doing with your package or how long they are taking to deliver it.

Return Policy

We accept returns only on any faulty, damaged items or items which are the wrong size, or if the wrong item has been sent. Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging. No other returns or cancellations are accepted.
